ABOUT
Art has been both my lifelong passion and professional pursuit. In addition to my creative work, I hold a deep commitment to ocean sports, environmental advocacy, and social justice causes.
I earned my B.F.A. in Illustration from Art Center College of Design in 1989. From 2001 to 2019, I served as a Professor of Art and led the award-winning 3D Modeling & Animation Certificate Program at Santa Ana College. Before entering academia, I built a diverse career in print advertising and the video game industry, eventually founding and running my own art production studio, Waterman Animation.
